Planned Improvements

The City of Superior is planning to reconfigure and rehabilitate pavement along Tower Avenue, between N 28th Street and Belknap Street, in the spring of 2025. The project will include replacing the center two-way turn lane with a new landscaped median and bumpouts at select locations. It will also build ADA accessible pedestrian ramps. Final selection of median landscape elements is still underway, but may include a combination of plantings, shrubs, and trees.
