Project Background

The City is planning to reconfigure and rehabilitate pavement along Tower Avenue, between N 28th Street and Belknap Street, in the spring of 2025.

The following are included as part of the project:

  • Reconfiguration of Tower Avenue

  • Addition of landscaped median along Tower Avenue

  • Select pavement rehabilitation

  • Addition of bump outs at select locations

  • ADA improvements

This project is to be designed in accordance with City of Superior Standards, Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) standards.

ATTEND THE March 5 OPEN HOUSE

Timeline

  • Summer 2023 - Feasibility Study completed

  • March 5 2025 - Public Open House

  • Spring 2025 - Construction starts
